Train to Gain can provide public and private sector employers with a free impartial skills assessment and identify skills training solutions at Level 2 and Level 3*, tailored to meet the needs of your organisations. Employers work closely with a highly experienced Train to Gain Skills Broker who carries out a complete skills review of an organisation.

They then provide an assessment of what skills the organisation needs now and what it might need in the future. After making recommendations that pinpoint the type of training that best suits an employers needs, an advisor will help the employer select the right training provider, who offers the qualifications their employees will benefit most from. The Skills Broker can also recommend the best ways of funding the training, explaining all of the options on offer. Many public service organisations are eligible, and a large number of programmes attract full or part funding.

*Level 2 is equivalent to 5 GCSE’s A-C. Level 3 is equivalent to 2 good A-Levels.
